We're a small company of approximately 40 employees. We provide a casual work environment and significant opportunities for professional growth. We have transitioned to being a remote company, with clusters of staff in Washington State (Seattle, Bellingham and Olympia), Texas (Austin, Houston and Dallas), Oregon (Bend), and California (Los Angeles). We have office space in some of these locations, and we are evolving to bring remote employees together for in-person interaction at periodic cadence throughout the year. Our management actively supports staff work-life balance. Employees enjoy remote work arrangements, flexible scheduling, and control of how they use their paid time off.
